ANEX is an independently operated project, not an incorporated company. This notice explains how we handle information when you request a product test at findanex.com.

What we collect

We collect the name, company, email address and product link you submit, along with your selected NEX, request type and submission time. We also keep request references and email sending records to help us process your request and troubleshoot delivery.

How we use it

We use these details to review your product manually, acknowledge your request, prepare your free test and communicate with you about it. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Please use a public product link and do not include confidential information.

Storage and service providers

The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage. When transactional email is enabled, Resend processes the information needed to send the request notification and confirmation. Google Workspace handles our inbox and follow-up correspondence. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed for security, operation and delivery.

Request details are not displayed publicly on this website. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to process requests and operate ANEX.

Retention and your requests

We keep request information while it is needed to handle your request and related communication. You can ask to access or delete your information by emailing hello@findanex.com. Please include your request reference if available. We may ask for information to verify that the request is yours before sharing or deleting records.

Deletion requests are handled manually; this website does not currently provide automatic data deletion. We will explain any information that needs to be retained and why.
